The length of counseling services is different for everyone. We will work together to build a psychotherapy plan that works for you. Generally, clients start with psychotherapy services weekly or bi-weekly for 6 to 12 months.

The first step is calling (414-899-5915), emailing (info@caitlinwalshcounseling.com), or completing our contact form to book an initial consult. Once we have that consult and make sure we are a good fit for your counseling journey, we schedule our first session. You will get an email with a link to fill out initial paperwork. Then we have our first therapy session either in person or virtually.
